Self aligning ball bearing is a kind of bearing with spherical ball between the inner ring of two raceways and the outer ring with spherical raceway. The curvature center of the outer ring raceway surface is consistent with the bearing center, so it has the same self-aligning function as the automatic self-aligning ball bearing. When the shaft and shell are flexed, it can be adjusted automatically without increasing the bearing load. Self aligning ball bearing can bear radial load and axial load in two directions. Radial load capacity, suitable for heavy load, shock load.

 

Product Description
The main characteristics of self-aligning ball bearings are:
(1) The outer ring raceway of the self-aligning ball bearing is a part of a spherical surface, with the center of curvature on the bearing axis. Therefore, the bearing has a self-aligning function, which can automatically adjust when the shaft or shell flexes without increasing the bearing burden.
(2) Can withstand radial loads and moderate axial loads in both directions. But it cannot withstand torque loads.
(3) Double row self-aligning ball bearings with locking sleeves and locking nuts can be installed at any position on the optical shaft without the need to position the shaft shoulder.
